HOW TO APPLY FOR A NEW WEBSITE OR UPGRADE

1. Decide on the hosting option that best suit your needs and expertise.

2. Read the terms of service for SU websites and SU Web regulations carefully before submitting your registration request. By clicking on the "SUBMIT" button on the application form, you assert that you understand the terms as described in the "Terms of Service for US Websites" and agree to be in compliance with them.

3. Complete the online application form  for SU websites (academic departments and organisations, student organisations, residences and sport - no payments required)

4. Complete the online Application form for SU related websites (non profit bodies or institutions related to departments at SU and operating within an academic environment - require payment of webhosting fee).

5. Payment by SU related bodies may be done via the SU Department with which the Society/Academic Body is associated. Create an interdepartmental requisition to OE6410 for the cost of the hosting package opted for (include costs of extra requests - if selected). Please specify the Department's and your name as reference e.g. "Web site {Department}{Name of duly designated representative} and indicate the requisition number on the registration form.
